Introduction:
Changhua Christian Hospital cooperated with Zhi-Shan Foundation Taiwan to conduct children health promotion and malnutrition improvement project in Dakrong, Vietnam from 2012 to 2014. The soya residue recipes were developed under limited budget to improve the children malnutrition condition. Additionally, Kun Shan University was also invited to join this project in building a safe water eco-system.
