Introduction:
Changhua Christian Hospital had signed sisterhood hospital MOU with Hong Ngoc General Hospital (HNGH), Vietnam on 2012. HNGH selected 6 nurses with Chinese language speaking ability to CCH for a three month short-term training program. Expecting that the trainees could share the learning knowledge with peers and apply the learnt skills onto their work after back to HNGH.
