To fulfill the vision of NCF founder Dr. Noordhoff, “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for life,” NCF aims to achieve:
1. Medical Mission: Organizing cleft mission or speech pathology camps for the indigent cleft patients.
2. Seed Medical Practitioners’ Training: Cooperating with the world recognized Craniofacial Center of the CGMH to train and educate international medical personnel.
3. Establishment of the Local Craniofacial Center: Empowerment of NCF partner hospitals to be self-sufficient and ultimately be able to set up local craniofacial centers.
4. Subsidies Grant: Pre- and Post-surgery treatment subsidies, programs are implemented in China (Xi’an), Cambodia and Pakistan
5.Humanitarian Aid: Food and facility donation of natural disaster relief
